Our facility is conveniently located in the heart of East Aurora, New York. The vibrant colors, convenient layout, clean environment, and friendly staff make your time and experience enjoyable as you meet your fitness goals. The fitness center has the perfect mix of high quality cardio and strength equipment, in addition to a 1,500 Sq ft functional training room used for personal training and group fitness. Our classes include group cycling, SHRED, YOGA, Bootcamp, Core and Barbell. We also offer small group functional training using the SYNRGY360 and have certified personal trainers on staff!
