Once you sign up, we'll get in touch to set up a chat and kick things off.

Within 48 hours, you'll have a talk with your coach to go over your goals, what you need, and your unique situation. After that, they'll make a plan to help you get the results you want.

Every week, you'll check in with your coach on our app or in person. You'll look back on the week, figure out what went well, what didn't, and decide on any changes you need to make.

Even if you're not getting nutrition or personal training help right now, you can still book a meeting and get tested for a small fee. We're here to help you on your journey to being healthy and fit!

During the test, you won't just know your weight; you'll also find out how much of it is muscle, fat, or water. Keeping an eye on your Body Fat Percentage is a smart and healthy way to see how you're doing on your health and fitness journey.
